Automobile industry and magneto-rheological dampers are now a new area of research. Magneto-rheological mufflers utilize the energy generated by magnetic fields, scientists have initiated re-consideration damping systems. The suspension system based on fluid in modern era is becoming an intelligent with superior properties such as strength, controllability, range, response time, utilization, structure etc. In number required components too less which leads to cost effective suspension. this exploration, damper was fabricated, experimental study had been performed. damper's construction not much since it doesn’t intricate components. enquiries consequences field/current applied load, yield stress, stress developed suggested dampers. results illustrate effect external & depends magnitude current/magnetic field. investigation also demonstrates that work at specific threshold field substandard critical value field, reposes liquid phase. mechanical inter-related each other
